LoMag software allows us to manage many warehouses in one position. But sometime new LoMag users have a problem with "hidden warehouses". The problem is characterized by the lack of a warehouse that has not been removed or hidden. The reason for the disappearance of the store is due to incorrect user defined privileges. When creating new LoMag users, we define their permissions - including assigning access to appropriate warehouses.
To start the list of users in the software, select the 'Users' tab and open the 'User list' option from the drop-down menu. A new window will be displayed with a list of defined users.
Select the Add and Edit buttons to add or edit a user.
On the screenshot above, we can see that the user 'Warehouse keeper', John David, has an access to all existing warehouses in the software.
We can add new warehouse using the 'Program' tab. Open the warehouse option or use CTRL+O shortcut key. Now you can define the rights for users for the new warehouse, if you do not, only the administrator will have access to the new warehouse and for other users there will be a phenomenon often called the disappearance of the magazine.
In the case when we did not give users access to the warehouse at the stage of its creation, go to the edition of each user and give him rights to the new warehouse.
From now on, the missing magazine will appear in the LoMag software for each authorized user.
