LoMag warehouse software provides a function in which you can track actions performed by specific user on a given day. It is also possible to track his working time based on this operations in the LoMag application. In order to use this option, you need to start the event log by clicking the user tab and selecting the event log option.
This will display a list of all users' operations in the LoMag warehouse program. On the left side, you can choose the year range (quarters or months) to determine number of operations performed in that range. It is also possible to apply filter dates in detail in the lower left window by selecting the appropriate date range. In the screenshot below, we can see that all recent operations in the software were carried out by the administrator user.
The event log allows the LoMag user to analyze the times at which a given employee has issued, modified a document or item's prices. You can also find information about deleted items here. By sorting a column called 'Object', you can analyze employee activity in LoMag.
In the screenshot below, we can see that on January 13, 2020, a user with the role of Administrator performed following operations:
In order to check which operations a given LoMag user has performed, expand the list of users and select the of name of user we want to check. This will display the list of operations performed by only this user. In present case, we have only Administrator.
Similar operations should be performed to check operations on a given warehouse. Select the name of warehouse along with the user name to check the activities performed by specific employee.
