LoMag warehouse management software allows you to set filters for the selected windows according to desired parameters. In this manual, we will perform various steps to add, delete or remove the filters in the window of the LoMag program. We can use filters on different program windows i.e. in the price of goods, reports or even in the invoice document window.
To open the warehouse status report, click on the Reports tab present at the top of the window. Select the desired item from the drop-down list.
You can also use 'CTRL+M' shortcut key to open the main program menu. This will open the list of goods present in the warehouse.
In this manual, we will add two filters. The first one is concerned with the condition of goods in the warehouse; we will select the goods that we have in stock (at least 120 pieces). The second filter will refer to the value of the item. According to second filter, we will set a level that displays the price of the goods higher than 0.00 Euro.
To do this, click on the filter button present at the bottom of the window. Now, select the edit/add filter and choose stock level from the drop-down menu. This will open a new window, where you can configure filters for the Stock level column.
In the new window, select the sign of '>=' from the drop-down list and set the value of 120 pieces. After entering these parameters, confirm the filter by clicking on the OK button.

The filter was applied in the goods of the warehouse window. And as a result, only those goods, which are meeting the previous requirements are displayed. An important thing should be noted that as we have set the filters, therefore, all the goods are marked with '*' symbol. This symbols shows that filters are active and they are applied on the warehouse system. Similarly, we can also add some other filters in a this way.
Now after configuration of all these parameters, save these filters. The reason is, in future it would be easy for you to use them without any configuration. Click on the filter button, and select the save filter option.

The addition of multiple filters needs either AND, OR operation. First, delete all the unnecessary filters from the list. The operations (AND, OR) defined the lines below it. The first filter is to select the goods that are less than 500 pieces AND it should be greater than 70 pieces. The third row includes the addition of goods that are equal to 49 pieces. The OR operation is used for this row.
