Adding the name and surname of the person issuing the document.

In this tutorial, we will teach you how to assign the details of person in the invoice document. The LoMag software enables the users to add the essentials of a person while performing following steps.

1. Adding a New User

In order to add a new user or to edit the existing one, open the LoMag software as an administrator. Select the user module present at the top of a menu and choose the User List option from the list. This will open a new window with the existing user database in the LoMag program.

In this window, you can edit, delete or add user information and personal details. For adding a new user, click on the add option present at the top left corner of the window. This will display a new window, where you can configure settings for the user.

In our case, we have introduced a new user with a name of Jon David. Jon David has played a role of a warehouse keeper. You can also set the other parameters such as Login details. After entering the desired details, confirm user settings by clicking the OK button.

After performing the above steps, a new user will be added into the user list window. The detailed user guides is described here.

2. Configuration of the Document

In order to add the name and surname in the document, you need to make several changes in document template. Now, click the setting icon, this will open the setting window. On the left side of the window, select the type and name of the document. For example, the invoice document is selected in the picture below. You can choose any template and sleek scheme according to your choice.

To open the editor of template window, click the print option.

After the window opens, select the option 'Document prepared by' item from the left side of the window. Then click on it with the left mouse button and while holding the button drag the field to the desired point. The procedure is shown in the picture below;

After placing the field with the name of the creator, save the template. Now, this can be done in two ways;

  1. The first method is to click on the template option. Select the save option from the drop-down list and save the item.
  2. The second method is to click on the close option. In this way, window will inform you that do you want to save these changes in the template. Confirm your settings by clicking on the Yes button.

3. Issuing Document with Name and Surname

As we have created the login information with the name of John David. These login settings will create an FV document in the software. In order to check this, first close the current warehouse and login with the new one. Enter the Login and Password details of the Jon David.

This will open the window and a Warehouse, which is associated with the Jon David. Click on the invoice icon present at the top of the window. Click the print-preview option; this will display the preview of the document.

The print preview option will display the name of the creator in the document.
