LoMag software enables archiving of items, contractors, libraries, and warehouse locations.
This feature allows you to hide items that have been withdrawn from sale, contractors with whom no transactions have been conducted for a long time, as well as item libraries and warehouse locations that are no longer in use. This helps maintain order in the database.
To archive an item, click the Item List icon, select the item to be Archival from the list in the window, and then click the Edit function.

Next, check the Archival option in the Item Properties tab. After clicking Save, the Archival item will no longer be visible in the item file.

To archive a contractor, go to the Accounts tab in the menu, then select either Suppliers or Customers. In the window, select the contractor to be Archival and click Edit.

Then check the Archival Account option. After clicking Save, the Archival supplier or customer will no longer be displayed in the contractor file.

To archive an item library, go to the Items tab in the menu, then Library of items. In the window, select the library to be Archival and click Edit.

In the newly opened window, check the Archival option. After clicking Save, the Archival library will no longer be visible in the list.

To archive warehouse locations, go to the Items tab in the menu, then Warehouse Locations. Select the location to be Archival and click Edit.

In the window, check the Archival Location option. After clicking Save, the Archival warehouse location will no longer be shown in the list.
