In LoMag software, we can have a very large number of templates. See example below:

To reduce the number of templates available in the list or to design different templates for specific document types and assign them accordingly, you need to design or assign a specific template to a given document type.
We want to create an individual print template for Goods Received Notes, Goods Issued Notes etc., and then assign them to the appropriate document types. In such a case, we can start from the standard document template (or edit it) and save it.

We name it as we wish.

Then we assign the template to a specific document type.

And save it.

This template will now appear in the list.

When issuing this item, the custom template designed for Goods Issued Notes no longer appears in the list. We can also design a template specifically for the Goods Issued Notes.

For example, let’s edit this template. We’ll remove the document title by right-clicking on it and selecting delete.

We add new text in place of the removed one. Click on the text tool and then click on the desired spot in the document to place it.

Now we proceed to save it.

Similarly, it will be available in the Goods Issued Notes template list. It will not appear in other document types.
