Each user who logs into LoMag can have a personalized column layout in any table. This applies to search tables, document lists, document items, reports, and all other tabular data. All settings described in this guide are saved individually per user.
LoMag offers two different data presentation modes.
The first is a paginated mode, where data is divided into pages. This is recommended for large datasets (>1000 items) as it improves performance. To enable it, click Show results in pages
To turn the page, click Next page. To go back to the previous page.
The second mode displays all items and allows scrolling. It is not recommended for large datasets due to potential performance issues. To enable this mode, click Show all rows. You can scroll through the data using the vertical scrollbar on the right.
There is also a setting in LoMag that optimizes performance for large datasets. When enabled, the paginated view is forced and scrolling mode is disabled. To enable it, go to Settings.
Users can freely customize which columns are visible. To do this, go to Manage Columns.
Select the column you want to add and drag it from the hidden columns to the visible columns.
To reorder columns, drag them as needed:
You can sum the values of numeric columns. For example, if you have a column for weight or ordered quantity, you can calculate totals. In the example below, we sum ordered products. Check Summary of values alt="LoMag"> and define a label for the total.
The total quantity will appear here:
If a column name is too long, you can rename it.
To limit the number of decimal places, change the value here:
You can also set automatic width to fit the content or manually define the width.
You can change the font and its size in the settings.
If you get lost in customization, click Restore default layout to reset everything to default.
Locking row height or column width prevents accidental resizing. Right-click and select Block the height of the rows or Block the width of the columns.
You can unlock them by unchecking the same options, allowing manual adjustments again.
