Warehouse Software

Descriptive rows in offers and orders.

The LoMag warehouse software allows you to add descriptive rows to offer and order documents. These are lines that let the user add a description for a selected item. To add one to a document that already contains items, right-click with the mouse. This will display a menu where you should choose the option Add descriptive row.

This will open a new window where you should enter the text. By clicking the gear icon, you can change the print settings for all descriptive rows on the document. These changes will be visible only on the printout or in the generated document, meaning they will not be visible in the order or offer document window itself. Confirm the changes by clicking OK.

As you can see in the screenshot below, the new descriptive line with the text we entered has been added between the item rows.

If the LoMag user inserts a descriptive row in the wrong place, it can be moved up or down. To do this, right-click directly on the descriptive row and choose the option Move up or Move down.

By clicking the Print dokucment button, we can preview the changes made to the descriptive rows, such as italic text, bold formatting, increased font size, and centered alignment.
