Integration of LoMag with an online store based on WooCommerce (WordPress)

LoMag software allows integration with a WooCommerce online store based on the WordPress platform. This makes it easy and quick to transfer data between both systems' databases. Below is a guide on how to integrate with a WooCommerce online store.

1. Launching the Integrator

To launch the LoMag Integrator, go to the Program menu and click the Integrator button. The integration software will open.

2. Adding WooCommerce Integration

The next step is to add the WooCommerce integration option. To do this, select WooCommerce from the "Integrate LoMag with" list. Two new tabs will appear, allowing you to connect to the WooCommerce platform and synchronize data.

3. Obtaining API keys for integration

Next, generate API keys to integrate WooCommerce with LoMag. Log in to your WordPress-based store account, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab > REST API. Then click "Add Key".

A new window will open where you can generate the keys. Provide key details including its description, user (owner), and permission level – Read, Write, or Read/Write. Then click "Generate API Key".

Two keys will be generated – the API key and the secret key – which are needed for integration with LoMag.

4. Adding a new integration

To add a new integration with WooCommerce, click the "New Connection Wizard" button in the WooCommerce tab of the LoMag Integrator.

In the next window, provide the integration data: WooCommerce server address, API client key, and API secret key obtained from WooCommerce, along with the username for the Integrator system. Click Save after entering the information.

LoMag allows creating multiple users with individual keys based on needs.

5. Synchronization Options

LoMag provides various integration options with WooCommerce, enabling customization of data synchronization.

Available options include:

• Update prices in WooCommerce – prices from LoMag are sent to the store.
• Update quantities in WooCommerce – stock levels from LoMag are sent to the store. Variants:
• Only available stock (reduced by customer orders) – based on the "Available" column in the warehouse,
• Total quantity from all warehouses – as per "Stock in all warehouses" report,
• End auctions when stock is zero – store auctions are automatically closed when no stock remains.
• Update transactions in LoMag – customer orders from the store are imported and a "Customer Order" document is created. You can set how many past days of orders should be fetched. This also updates statuses, e.g., when a customer pays.
• Perform synchronization automatically every: – enables/disables auto-sync and sets its interval (5 minutes to 24 hours).

Note: Auto-sync works only if the Integrator app is running on the computer. It can be minimized to the system tray.

Sync missing products to LoMag – if a new product appears in LoMag, it is automatically sent to WooCommerce.

Product identification:

• Product identifier in LoMag – choose which column is used for matching products: Name, Barcode, or Code (custom column set in LoMag settings).
• Product identifier in WooCommerce – select the matching column from the store data.
• Warehouse – specify which LoMag warehouse receives the products.

Once configuration is complete, click "Save and apply settings".

6. Starting the Synchronization

To begin synchronization, click WooCommerce on the "Integrate with" list.

LoMag offers two options:

• Start automatic synchronization – sync is performed on the set interval (5 min to 24 h).
• Start manual synchronization – sync is executed immediately.

You can monitor the sync progress in the Event Log. If problems occur, logs can help resolve them. Contact support with log details if needed.

After completion, LoMag and the WooCommerce store are synchronized.
