The LoMag warehouse software allows you to set a minimum selling price below which an item cannot be included on documents. The following guide explains how to enable this option and how it functions.
To enable the minimum price option, go to the program settings and then selecting the Calculations tab in the new window.

In the Displaying numbers category, locate the Support for a minimum selling price option, check it, and confirm the changes by clicking OK.

To use the option enabled in the first step, go to the item list and edit the desired item. In the example below, the item Apple is edited.

In the Minimum selling price field, enter the net value below which sales will be blocked by LoMag. In this example, the amount is set to 2 PLN net. Save the changes by clicking Save.

When issuing an invoice that includes the Apple, the user must enter the net price per unit. If the price entered is lower than the set minimum, the program will block the addition of the item and display a message explaining the reason.

If the net price is equal to or higher than the minimum, the LoMag program will allow the item to be added to the document after pressing OK.

The minimum price option can also be used in Customer Order documents.
