In the items module, we create a product composed of raw materials. Go to the item list and click 
Than go to the Raw materials tab, click Add and add the raw materials needed for the finished product. For example, if the product is apple juice, the raw material will be apples.
Next, create an assembly document by going to Documents → Assemblies, clicking Add, and filling in the details to produce your item.
Add the product you are interested in. In this example, we’ll use the previously created apple juice.
The program will ask whether to add the raw materials.
You can now assign a new completion status that locks the document from editing.
When this status is selected, the document becomes locked and you cannot make any changes to it.
